me and this girl were dating for about 2 months. everything was smooth, we had the occassional fight but it always ended up okay. we started off dating after she had broken up with a boyfriend who she was cheating on (with me). i thought they were totally broken up until we were in bed one morning and i looked over at her getting up and she opened the bedside table drawer and took out a ring and slid it on her ring finger. it wasnt a regular ring, it was an engagement ring.
she turned around and said that she’s been engaged for a week to that ex who she didnt break up with to begin with. i haven’t spoken to her since, she doesnt answer my calls or anything.
